Arabic Linguistics, Lexicology, Terminology and Translation Science
Presentation
The division is made up of different research teams, working in the field of applied linguistics. The researchers are mainly permanent researcher at the CRSTDLA research center and associate university teachers.
The mission of the Division is part of the main missions of the Center. It aims at enhancing its relations with other scientific and educational institutions in Algeria through the realization of practical research projects that can solve problems in different domains.

Objectives
A number of research projects are implemented by the different research teams of the Division in the fields of theory of translation, lexicology, lexicography and Arabic linguistics. We can mention :
Elaboration of an Arabic-Arabic dictionary for middle school ;
Elaboration of specialized dictionaries in different fields of study;
Didactics of Arabic language lexis
Elaboration of an Arabic dictionary based on a corpus of English (Longman)
