Knowledge Prospects Journal (Āfāq Maՙrifiyaẗ) is a biannual, peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to research in linguistics and language sciences. It is published by the Research Unit “The Status and Development of Linguistic Studies in Arab Countries” in Tlemcen, affiliated with the Scientific and Technological Research Center for the Development of the Arabic Language, Algeria.
The journal covers a wide range of fields, including general linguistics, applied linguistics, phonetics, phonology, lexicography and terminology, grammar and syntax, discourse analysis, pragmatics, Arabic language teaching, translation studies, cognitive psycholinguistics, computational linguistics, and automated speech processing.
Since its establishment in June 2022, the journal has been regularly published in print and continues to provide a platform for scholarly contributions in the field of language studies. Articles are published in Arabic, English, and French.
