Presentation:
The aim of this research project is to establish an overview of the use of the Arabic language in the public sector, Case study, Operational Direction of Algeria Telecom West; in order to develop a database on its use. The project also seeks to identify the difficulties and obstacles that hinder the effective practice of the Arabic language within the telecommunications sector, and seek to find appropriate solutions to these challenges and obstacles facing the Arabic language as a language of communication and treatment, like other languages, and contribute to the restoration of its status and its development as the official language of Algeria.
