The ultimate goal is to support this type of education, which is considered in our current era an urgent necessity as it help facing modern challenges that urban education poses such as lack of capabilities, the high cost of education, the difficulty of reconciling the academic life with the practical life of the learners, in addition to compulsory attendance and respect for time. All of these challenges may restrict people's freedom of movement, or reduces education opportunities for students. The following findings have been obtained, the Moodle platform, after supporting it with various educational activities, such as distance education, according to the two patterns of synchronous and asynchronous education, as well as remote video lectures via the (BigBlueButton) service, has been classified as a virtual classroom. This latter can be considered as effective as the face-to-face classroom, as long as the educational process requires only a teacher, a learner, and a special department that allows the practice of various pedagogical or educational activities
