Text functions The utterancer's acceptability norm
Main Article Content
Abstract
The research presents three models for text classification based on the
functional criterion. It aims to identify the criteria adopted in classifying
texts into forms, and define the concept of function, which was presented
in the first part of the article, based on the work of Jacobson, and then the
first attempts to classify texts in textual linguistics by Werlich, who tried
to present an integrated conception of a multidimensional classification,
in which this research focused on the dimension in which he relied on the
functional criterion based on the intentionality of the utterance.
