1-Publishing Ethics

The "AL-Lisaniyyat" journal publishes original research that undergoes rigorous peer review and meets the journal's publication criteria.

Our goal is to deliver high-quality, original works of significant scientific and scholarly value to our readers.

In pursuit of this goal, the journal adheres strictly to publishing ethics principles to prevent malpractice. We follow the Code of Conduct and best practice guidelines established for journal editors by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), approved on March 7, 2011. Publishing in "AL-Lisaniyyat" is governed by stringent ethical standards, imposing moral responsibilities and obligations on all parties involved in the publication process. These responsibilities ensure the integrity and fairness of the journal's publications.

Publisher's Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely processing of submitted articles.

- Publish only those works approved by the reviewers.

- Maintain confidentiality of authors' information from reviewers.

- Publish accepted articles promptly and in sequence, as necessary.

- Provide authors with a copy of the journal issue containing their article and a publication statement, if required.

Reviewer's Responsibilities:

- Submit review results within specified deadlines.

- Clearly state reasons for rejecting an article, if applicable.

- Maintain confidentiality of article contents.

- Maintain objectivity and avoid subjective judgments in reviews.

Author's Responsibilities:

- Once submitted to reviewers, authors may not amend, dispose of, or submit the article elsewhere unless it is rejected.

- Republishing any part of the article requires written permission from the editor-in-chief.

- Articles previously published in any form cannot be submitted.

- Submitting another article is permissible only after final arbitration results for a previous submission are known.

- Articles with unacknowledged citations exceeding 30% will be automatically rejected for scientific misconduct. If less, authors are advised to revise and resubmit.

- Accurately document all quotations and sources cited in the article.

- Take full responsibility for the article's content, even post-publication.

- Report any errors discovered during or after review that may impact the validity of the research.

These guidelines ensure that "AL-Lisaniyyat" maintains the highest ethical standards in scholarly publishing, fostering integrity and trust in academic research.

 

2-Author Guidelines

Each article submitted for publication must adhere to the following requirements:

The Journal publishes research on various language and AL-Lisaniyyat in three languages (Arabic, English, and French) with the following criteria: 

– The article must be original and not previously published in any form, nor derived from the author's previously published works. 

– The research should conform to recognized scientific and academic standards, demonstrating thorough processing, proper documentation, novelty, and effective use of sources and references.

– The manuscript should be written in Sakala Majala font, size 14 for the main text and size 12 for the margins, and submitted in a .docx file format.

– Any drawings, tables, and forms should be included in the manuscript as images.

– Authors must make any revisions requested by reviewers and provide the Journal with the amended version.

– A summary not exceeding 300 words should be attached to the article.

– In-text citations should follow the American Psychological Association (APA) style, enclosed in parentheses.

– A reference list, formatted according to the Journal's template, must be included with the article.

– The article should be between 10 and 25 pages in length.

– Note: Articles will be rejected before being submitted to reviewers if they do not comply with the Journal's template.

– Scientific articles must be submitted through the ASJP Platform

 

3-Submission of Articles

Researchers interested in publishing their articles in "AL-Lisaniyyat" Journal are encouraged to review the "Instructions for Authors" and the "Authors' Guide" available on the Journal's page on the Algerian Scientific Journals Platform (ASJP).

-Create an Account and Log In to the Algerian Scientific Journals Platform (ASJP)

To submit an article for publication in the "AL-Lisaniyyat" Journal, you need to create an account on the ASJP platform.

 -Create an Account

  1. Create an account through the ASJP electronic platform using this link: https://www.asjp.cerist.dz
  2. Click on “Connexion”.

-Registration

  1. Press “Registration”.

4-Fill in the required fields: name and title, email, password, rank, areas of interest, country, communication language, verification codes (CAPTCHA), and click the "Create New Account" icon.

  1. After you create the account, you will receive an email confirming its creation.

-Login

  1. Press “Connexion” once again.
  2. Enter your email and password, and then tap the "Login" icon.

-Article Preparation

Before submitting an article to the "AL-Lisaniyyat" Journal, ensure that it conforms to the Journal template and complies with the publication's terms. Upload the "Authors' Instructions" and "Authors' Guide" files through the Journal's page on the Algerian Scientific Journals platform (ASJP) at https://www.asjp.cerist.dz/en/PresentationRevue/26

Check the contents of these files to adjust and format the article according to the publication's terms and conditions. The author's directory is a compressed file containing:

- The author's guide

- The ethics of publishing

The author's instructions file includes the Journal template in Arabic, French, and English.

-Paper Submission

Paper Submission

  1. After ensuring the article conforms to the Journal's template and layout, go to the Journal's home page on the ASJP platform and click on the "Paper Submission" icon.
  2. Fill in the required information to confirm it matches the article file:

   - Define the field of knowledge for the research.

   - Insert the research title.

   - Include a summary of the research in both Arabic and foreign languages.

   - Insert keywords in Arabic and a foreign language.

   - Select the article file for uploading.
