Abstract

This work was distinguished by an applied field study conducted on a sample of grammar (Arabic language) teachers, representing some of the capital’s secondary schools, in two years - 2006-2007. This work will stop at an attempt to describe and evaluate both the approach to efficiency and reform of the educational system, the difficulties of the new pedagogical approach, and the approach to efficiency. And the design of the grammar book, the approach to competence and the material of the book, the approach to efficiency and the effectiveness of pedagogical achievement of the grammar material
