وفي اللغة لانجليزية لأغراض خاصة بشكل خاص وبعض المكونات الرئيسية لعملية تحليل
الاحتياجات. ك ا تم عرض الن اذج الأك ر تأث را في تحليل الاحتياجات بشكل مختر، بدءا
من نموذج مانباي) 1978 ( الذي مهد الطريق لمصممي الدروس لتصميم دروس فعالة في
مختلف المجالات المتخصصة التي يحتاجها المتعلمون والع ال في مكان العمل. الغرض من
هذا البحث يتمثل في كل من 1-عرض عدد من الدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بمهن متنوعة
في بلدان مختلفة والتي ركزت عى الاحتياجات في أماكن العمل؛ 2( استكشاف الطرق
الأك ر فعالية لإجراء تحليل الاحتياجات في البيئات المهنية.
