يعد البحث في سياسات تعليم اللغة في الجزائر من بين أهم القضايا التي تنطوي عليها الابحاث الحالية.
ًاستوعبت الجزائر تأثيرا استعماريا كثيفا ليس فقط في حياتها الاجتماعية
و لكن أيضا في سياستها
التعليمية ، يظهر هذا التأثير من خلال الاصلاحات المتنوعة التي مست القطاعات التعليمية . تحاول
هذه الورقة وصف سياسة تعليم اللغة ألاجنبية بشكل عميق في الجزائر بشكل عام وفي التعليم العالي
على وجه الخصوص خاصة بعد اعتماد نظام )LMD).
