The role of Arabic language teacher training institutions in achieving the curriculum objectives

Abstract
The research aims to present the elements represented in training and training institutions in Algeria in accordance with the recent reforms witnessed by the Algerian educational system, as well as the role of school psychology with regard to the process of school psychological counseling and the role of the mentor professor and what he must have for his training in order for him to succeed as a central mentor professor in This applies to the teacher and professor of the Arabic language, as it is the official language of the country and represents the language of instruction in all educational stages. The suggestions were concluded by - activating the process of training teachers and professors of the Arabic language, by giving them priority in training because they represent the pivotal professors in educational institutions. - Opening regional or state schools that train Arabic language teachers, and focus on continuous training in order to keep pace with the ongoing social change. Approval of qualifying options is carried out through committees composed of professors with experience in teaching the Arabic language, as well as professors specialized in school psychology. - Activating the school psychological counseling process in accordance with what is stipulated in the Education Guidance Law of 2008. - Working to adopt a strategy that requires the establishment of a school counseling team in every educational institution.
