Abdul Rahman Al-Hadj Saleh states that language teaching specialists have long been aware of the challenges in selecting appropriate language material, structures, and methods that meet the learner's needs in both their personal and professional lives. It is important to ensure that the vocabulary and structures taught are relevant and useful to the learner. Professor Hadj Abdul Rahman Saleh presented an integrated approach to updating linguistic balance and renewing content in response to the needs and requirements of learners in today's world. The approach is based on general principles, including the reality of language use by children and their closest environment. The aim is to identify concepts and words common to a certain age and scientific concepts. The data collected will be divided into three categories: the books the child reads, what they write, and what they hear and say in their environment. This process relies on a network of internationally recognised concepts to cover all aspects of the child's needs.
