Abstract

Educational curricula generally converge around that common denominator of civilizational, cultural, social, and even political contents, or let us say ideology. However, curricula are distinguished and unique in the so-called educational contents of each subject, as well as in the educational approaches that pertain to them. In keeping with what was mentioned above, it is expected that the Arabic language teaching curriculum for the first year of Algerian secondary education will not deviate from this; This is what this article will address in terms of the curriculum’s perception of the Arabic language and literature subject. His perception of the educational approach adopted, as well as his perception of the desired educational goals.
